  • Chopped onions

  • Bell peppers

  • Cucumbers

  • Tomatoes

  • Cilantro

  • Lemon juice

  • Salt

Instructions:

  1. Prepare sweet potatoes by baking or air-frying with avocado oil and salt.

  2. Top the sweet potatoes with boiled or scrambled eggs.

  3. Add a scoop of pico de gallo and sautéed veggies.

5. Breakfast Burrito

  • turkey bacon
